Be kind to yourself with Heated Yoga
Recently I added yoga to my weekly routine, “4 days a week”, to help aid in the healing of my gut, relieve my stress, focus on being kind and loving to myself and center and ground my focus to help shift my thoughts on the positive. I must say, this is a powerful practice. I like CorePower Yoga, they keep most of the rooms in the 90’s. This relaxes the muscles allowing deeper stretching and tons of sweat, great for detox and circulation. CorePower Yoga has many studios in over 23 states nationwide. Men & woman flock to heated yoga. In each class there are typically 20% men.
The protocol on improving and healing my gut: heated yoga, daily bone broth, daily probiotics, lots of water with ph minerals and psyllium husk fiber all make a big difference.
