Super Delicious, Super Easy, Super Nutritious! Juicing is one of the most healthy and healing things you can do for your body. A great film to watch is “Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead 1 & 2.” It is on Netflix.. you can also get it here on their website. Cold Beeter Juice – Red colored juice
Juice these ingredients in your juicer, I use a Breville juicer, easy to use and clean and affordable.
- 1 whole Beet with greens
- 1 large carrot
- 1 apple
- 1 orange
- 1 bunch of parsley
This juice with Beets, is known for annihilating a cold! AND TASTES REALLY GOOOD! Beets are a powerful cleanser of the blood, full of folate, manganese potassium, iron and Vit C. Parsley is rich in many vital vitamins, including Vitamin C, B 12, K and A. Parsley keeps your immune system strong, keeps things moving in your digestive tract, it helps flush out excess fluid from the body, which supports kidney function also. Carrots have an array of benefits from improving vision, better skin, prevents infection, and more… Apples give bone protection, staves off Alzheimer’s and more. Oranges are rich in Vit C and adds a fresh taste!
Ultimate Green Juice – Green colored juice
Juice these ingredients in your juicer
- 3 celery stalks
- 4-5 kale leaves
- 1 green apple
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 lemon
- 1 inch of fresh ginger root or turmeric root
- 1 cucumber
I drink this juice almost daily, it is loaded with so much alkalinizing properties, rich in vitamins and essential amino acids and is an extremely potent detoxifying blend. The fact that a cold or flu has not taken over me in over 5 years now, I give a lot of credit to this staple in my diet.
Carrot, Apple, Ginger Delight Juice – Orange colored juice
Juice these ingredients in your juicer
- 3 apples
- 2 carrots
- 1 inch of ginger root
This is a classic, quick, refreshing and full of health benefits with carrots, apple and ginger which is commonly used to treat various types of stomach problems, including morning sickness, upset stomach, gas, diarrhea and nausea.
